We are hiring a
Performance Marketer
with hands-on experience in
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
and
Google Ads
. The role focuses on lead generation, campaign optimization, budget management, and performance reporting. Candidates must have managed live ad campaigns and worked on CPL, CPA, and ROI-based objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize
Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target
CPL and CPA
Monitor daily ad performance and optimize budgets and creatives
Create and test multiple ad creatives and audience segments
Perform
A/B testing
to improve conversions
Track performance metrics including
CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS
Prepare
daily and weekly performance reports
Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign alignment
Scale profitable campaigns and pause low-performing ads
Required Skills
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google Ads (Search & Display)
Lead generation campaigns
Campaign optimization and budget control
Performance tracking and reporting
Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agency or service-based marketing
Knowledge of conversion tracking, Pixel, and GA4
Understanding of landing pages and funnels
Eligibility Criteria
Must have experience running
live paid ad campaigns
Ability to explain previous campaign results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
