Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Meta Ads Performance Marketer

who has hands-on experience in scaling

D2C/E-Commerce

campaigns. You will work on driving leads, conversions, and revenue through strategic paid campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

Plan, launch & optimize

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

Manage

end-to-end performance funnels

: Ad ? Landing Page ? Form ? Conversion Conduct

A/B tests

for copies, creatives, targeting & placements Manage

budget allocation

with clear ROI & CAC goals Work closely with our content & creative team to develop conversion-focused campaigns Analyze metrics using

Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards

Requirements:

1-4 years

experience in Performance Marketing (Meta ads mandatory) Experience in

D2C / E-Commerce lead or sales campaigns

Strong understanding of

CPL, CAC, ROAS, audience segmentation & remarketing

Ability to scale campaigns sustainably while maintaining profitability Experience in wellness / healthcare / lifestyle categories is a

plus
