With 1-2 years of experience in an ad agency, you'll be working on campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Optimize campaigns for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals
Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency
Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven strategies to improve campaign outcomes
Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance to stakeholders
Required Skills:
