Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPL, and ROI
Monitor daily performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to improve campaign performance
Track funnels, pixels, and conversion events
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in performance marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience in lead generation campaigns (education/edtech preferred)
Good analytical skills and understanding of metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
