Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads
, and other performance channels
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and scale high-performing campaigns
Continuously improve
ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions
through testing and optimization
Track funnels, pixels, and analytics to ensure accurate performance measurement
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-impact, conversion-focused campaigns
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to deliver consistent results
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
in performance or digital marketing
Strong understanding of
marketing funnels, tracking pixels, and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with creative thinking
Ability to manage ad budgets and achieve performance goals
Good communication and teamwork skills
