Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage
paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns
Optimize campaigns to improve
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Conduct
A/B testing
on ads, landing pages, creatives, and audience targeting
Track and analyze performance using
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI
Work closely with
content, design, and sales teams
to align campaigns with business goals
Prepare and present
weekly/monthly performance reports
Identify new growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Performance Marketer / Paid Marketing Specialist
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking
Experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixels, and UTM tracking
Solid understanding of
funnels, lead generation, and user acquisition
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
Basic understanding of
SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
SaaS, IT services, or product-based companies
Knowledge of
marketing automation tools and CRM integrations
Certification in
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
is a plus
