1. Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve ROI.
Track and analyze KPIs such as
CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, impressions, and conversions

Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
, providing insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Use tools such as

3. Creative & Strategy Collaboration

Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices for Meta advertising.
4. Client & Brand Integration
Assist in creating ad strategy proposals, campaign briefs, and presentation decks.
Ensure campaigns reflect client goals, brand tone, and marketing objectives.
Attend client meetings as needed to share performance updates and campaign insights.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in
Meta Ads / Performance Marketing
(agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
