Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Generate quality leads through targeted advertising strategies.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for best results.
Prepare campaign reports and insights for management.
Create ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
Manage budgets, A/B tests, and audience targeting.
Implement strategies to increase ROI and reduce CPL.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
Experience in lead generation campaigns is mandatory.
Ability to plan, analyze, and optimize campaigns independently.
Good communication and reporting skills.
