Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage paid

advertising campaigns and optimize digital performance to increase conversions and

ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven

marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta,

and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

? Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to

continuously improve performance.

? Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS,

and funnel conversion rates.

? Prepare regular performance dashboards and insights-based reports for

decision-making.

? Collaborate closely with Digital Marketers, Designers, and Content Strategists

to align campaign strategies with creative executions.

? Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum returns on

investments.

? Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform best

practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

? 1-2 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.

? Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools

such as Google Analytics.

? Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, retargeting, and

conversion optimization.

? Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns

simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
