Job Title: Performance Marketer

Experience: 3-5 years in PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid campaigns

Location: Calicut

Mandatory: 1 year agency work experience

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and

other channels.

? Run & optimize Meta + Google Ads.

? Manage budgets and prepare performance reports.

? Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives

? Conduct A/B testing and develop data-driven insights.

? Manage pixels, analytics & reporting.

Requirements:

? Expertise in Google Ads and analytics tools.

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

? Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

? Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads preferred.
