DesGro Media is a creative digital agency helping brands grow through strategic marketing, design, and storytelling. We're expanding our performance marketing team and looking for passionate marketers who love data, ads, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.) Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies Collaborate with the design and content teams to improve ad performance Conduct A/B testing and prepare performance reports
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing (preferred) Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics Good analytical and reporting skills Understanding of audience targeting and optimization strategies Freshers can apply -- portfolio submission is mandatory
