Performance Marketer / Google Ads Specialist

to join our growing team and take charge of paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

As a

Performance Marketer / Google Ads Specialist

, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns -- primarily on Google Ads, with potential cross-channel campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our strategy and analytics teams to ensure every dollar spent drives maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max). Conduct

keyword research

, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Optimize campaigns for

CTR, conversions, ROAS, and CPA goals

. Analyze and interpret campaign data using

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio

. Create detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Stay current with

Google Ads updates, algorithm changes

, and digital advertising best practices. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience

managing paid campaigns on Google Ads (agency experience preferred). Proven track record of achieving

strong ROAS and lead generation results

. Certification in

Google Ads

(Search, Display, or Measurement) is a strong plus. Proficiency with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio

. Experience with

Meta Ads Manager

,

LinkedIn Ads

, or other PPC platforms (a plus). Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
