Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for growth
Manage budgets, bid strategies, and targeting to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals
Track and report on campaign performance weekly/monthly
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with clear ROI
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution
Strong communication and collaboration skills
