Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, handling a monthly budget of about ?1 Lakh for Google and Meta ads
Manage campaign budgets and deliver against performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for impactful campaigns
Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends and tools
Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using tools like Firebase,GA4 and Tag Manager
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing
Hands-on expertise in managing ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRO
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with marketing automation
Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for tracking setup
