Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

Facebook Ads

and

Google Ads

campaigns. Manage budgets to achieve the best possible ROI. Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and implement improvements. Oversee a small marketing team, guiding them towards meeting campaign KPIs. Explore and implement other digital marketing channels for growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience running

Facebook Ads

and

Google Ads

. Strong understanding of

digital marketing strategies

and campaign optimization. Experience in

team leadership

and coordination. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
