Job Overview

All Us Women is a growing maternity wear brand seeking a skilled

Performance Marketer

to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-Commerce marketing and a strong understanding of paid ads, website optimization, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads

Run

retargeting

,

lead generation

, and

lookalike audience

campaigns Manage our

Shopify website

and improve conversion rates and customer experience Execute

email and WhatsApp marketing

campaigns using

Klaviyo

Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign support

Qualifications

2-3 years

of experience in

performance marketing

Proficiency in

Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo

Experience in

eCommerce

, ideally with

fashion or D2C brands

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into decisions Based in Kochi and available to work from office
