Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive / Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a performance-driven marketer who owns outcomes, not just campaigns. This role is focused on driving qualified leads, optimizing acquisition costs, and scaling growth through data-backed decisions across paid channels.

You will work closely with founders, sales, and design teams to translate business goals into measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Own lead generation funnels end-to-end: ads ? landing pages ? conversion tracking ? CRM handoff Continuously improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates through testing and iteration Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages Work with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives Set up and maintain tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations Analyse performance data and share actionable insights with stakeholders Scale winning campaigns while controlling spend and efficiency Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and performance marketing best practices
Requirements

1-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic LinkedIn Ads Clear understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports Ability to think in terms of outcomes, not vanity metrics Experience in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or lead-gen businesses is a plus
Good to Have

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Basic understanding of landing page optimisation (CRO) Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar Exposure to retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lifecycle campaigns
