Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and execution-focused
Performance Marketer
to drive user acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and revenue expansion for MADTECH.AI. This role sits at the intersection of
marketing, product, analytics, and automation
, and is responsible for building predictable, data-driven growth engines across the full funnel.
You will run rapid experiments, uncover insights, design growth loops, optimize conversion funnels, scale acquisition channels, and turn data into strategies that accelerate ARR growth.
Key Responsibilities
========================
1. Full-Funnel Growth Strategy
Build and execute a comprehensive growth plan across the entire user lifecycle -- awareness activation adoption retention revenue referral
Identify high-impact opportunities for scalable, compounding growth loops
2. Experimentation & CRO
Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments across product, website, onboarding, and campaigns
Build conversion-focused landing pages, user journeys, and funnel optimizations
Develop hypotheses, test rigorously, and iterate based on data
3. Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and scale best-performing channels (SEO, LinkedIn, content, email, paid media, partnerships, communities, PR)
Launch targeted campaigns to drive trial signups, booked demos, and inbound interest.
Develop and optimize B2B SaaS pipelines tailored to the US market
Improve lead quality and lead conversion rates.

4. Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Partner with product to optimize onboarding, activation, and in-app upsell moments
Implement nudges, tooltips, triggers, and guided flows
Build mechanisms that drive self-serve adoption
5. Data, Analytics & Automation
Build MADTECH.AI dashboards to track acquisition, activation, retention, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.
Identify signals that predict customer intent and design automated workflows
Use analytics tools (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Saleforce, HubSpot, CRM, BI, AI, etc.) to guide decisions
6. Content-Driven Growth
Create and repurpose data-backed content, case studies, webinars, and growth hooks.
Leverage AI (including MADTECH.AI's own capabilities) to amplify reach and velocity
7. Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
Identify strategic platforms and communities with whom to collaborate
Build co-marketing, affiliate and referral programs
Scale presence in events, vertical associations, and partner ecosystems
8. Retention & Expansion
Develop strategies that drive customer stickiness and product habit formation.
Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and encourage expansions/upsells.
Qualifications
==================
5+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, promarketingduct , or growth-focused roles
Strong analytical and experimental mindset -- ability to form hypotheses, validate, iterate fast
Hands-on experience with: A/B testing tools, CRM/CDP, email automation, analytics, SEO/SEM/AI, social, and affiliate marketing
Experience in Account-Based Marketing strategies for B2B environments.
Experience enabling sales teams with targeted B2B strategies.
inExperience B2B SaaS, martech/adtech and data analytics/BI/AI ecosystem, strongly preferred
Ability to write tight, compelling English copy (landing pages, ads, email sequences)
Fluency in AI tools and platform-driven growth strategies
