Manage budgets, audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing.
Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to maximize ROI.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
Build automation workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, drip) using Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
Set up trigger-based journeys for personalized engagement and integrate with CRM for lead tracking and scoring.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI.
Create dashboards and reports, conduct funnel analysis, attribution tracking & recommend data-driven improvements.
Collaboration
Work with content, design, and sales teams to align creatives and messaging.
Contribute ideas for experimentation, growth strategies, and campaign optimization.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio / Power BI, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with understanding of KPIs and ROI optimization.
