Optimization & Analysis

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and key KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion rates.
Budget Management
:
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective advertising campaigns.
Forecast and track spending across multiple channels.
Market & Audience Research
:
Conduct research to understand target audiences and identify new growth opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing channels.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Proficiency in ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
