Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels
Develop full-funnel strategies including ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and conversion goals
Analyze campaign performance data and create detailed reports with insights and next-step recommendations
Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and placements to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Monitor trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve
Manage campaign budgets effectively and reallocate spend based on performance
Set up and manage tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, etc.) to ensure accurate attribution
Optimize landing pages for performance with CRO tactics (in collaboration with dev/design teams)
