Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage

PPC campaigns

across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, etc. Optimize campaigns for

maximum ROI, conversions, and lead generation

. Conduct

keyword research

, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Track, analyze, and report on

campaign performance

using tools like

Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio

. Create

A/B testing strategies

, landing page optimization, and budget allocation. Manage

daily/monthly ad budgets

effectively. Collaborate with the content/design team for ad creatives and landing pages. Monitor market trends and apply

best practices in SEM & PPC optimization

. Ensure

high-quality traffic and lead generation

from campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience

in PPC / Paid Marketing. Must have expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads

. Strong knowledge of

keyword research, CTR improvement, CPL/CPA management

. Experience with

conversion tracking, analytics, ROI optimization

. Familiarity with

travel/flight/OTA domain

is strongly preferred. Proficiency in

Excel, Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager

. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads / Meta Ads certification. Experience in the

travel industry

or performance-driven digital campaigns. Ability to handle large ad budgets and performance-driven KPIs.

As per industry standards (Based on experience & performance)
