Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead generation, and conversion.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Manage and track budgets across multiple channels efficiently.
Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
Set up and manage
remarketing and retargeting campaigns
.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in performance marketing.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
performance marketing
(preferably in the
real estate sector
).
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads Manager

Meta Ads Manager
