Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
Track and analyze performance metrics using
Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio

Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign ROI.
Collaborate with design/content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance funnel performance.
Stay updated on new Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
2-5 years of hands-on experience managing
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
.
Strong understanding of
conversion tracking, attribution, and remarketing
.
Proficiency in
Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Tag Manager
.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and optimization.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
Experience in healthcare, D2C, or service-based performance marketing is a plus.
