Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns to achieve target
CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals

Conduct
A/B testing
, analyze campaign data, and generate performance reports.
Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.
Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently across channels.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to design high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience
in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of
