About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketeer to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels with a strong focus on driving measurable results. The role demands proficiency in performance marketing platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools to ensure effective ROI and business growth.

Work mode - Hybrid (3 Days work from Office and 3 days work from Home)

Key Responsibilities

? Strategize, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

? Manage Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.

? Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.

? Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

? Utilize GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report performance.

? Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaign outcomes.

? Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategy and execution.

Skills & Qualifications

? Strong expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.

? Hands-on experience with Email and WhatsApp marketing tools.

? Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools such as GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

? Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.

? Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

? Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

? Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes through digital campaigns.

? Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with mandatory office presence (3 days/week) in Gurgaon.

? Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
