Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Manage and scale

Meta Ads campaigns

(Facebook & Instagram Lead, Traffic, Conversion & Retargeting Ads). Drive

lead generation, conversions, and sales

while maintaining low CPL/CPA. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Implement

remarketing and funnel-based advertising strategies

. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, creatives, budgets, and placements. Set up and manage

conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel

. Coordinate with SEO, content, graphics, and sales teams to improve landing page performance. Prepare weekly and monthly

performance reports with actionable insights

. Ensure compliance with Google & Meta ad policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Google Ads Specialist / Meta Ads Manager / Performance Marketer

. Hands-on knowledge of

paid search, paid social, and conversion optimization

. Strong understanding of

keyword intent, audience segmentation, and remarketing

. Experience in

lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses

. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

real estate, education, healthcare, or digital agency environment

. Knowledge of

LinkedIn Ads, landing page CRO, or marketing automation

. Strong communication and reporting skills.
