Qualifications:
2+ years experience in performance marketing (paid ads)
Expertise in Google, Meta, Linkedin, Snapchat, Twitter Ads
Strong knowledge of eCommerce marketing & analytics
Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Excel
Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and funnel optimization
Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
Creative problem-solving approach
Relevant certifications preferred
