Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Optimize campaigns for
CPL, CPQL, Conversion Rate & ROAS
Work closely with creatives on video ads (Reels, UGC, VSLs, etc.)
Set up and manage funnels (Lead Forms / WhatsApp / Landing Pages)
Analyze performance data and take data-driven decisions
Test new audiences, creatives, and offers regularly
Coordinate with design/content teams on messaging and hooks
Maintain reports and share performance insights
Required Skills & Experience
1-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting & scaling
Experience with lead generation or high-ticket businesses
Business-focused mindset (not just running ads)
Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
Nice to Have
Experience with WhatsApp funnels / Click-to-WhatsApp ads
Basic understanding of CRM and lead quality tracking
Exposure to video ads, UGC formats & creative testing
Agency or consultancy experience
