About Quicklead
Quicklead is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform helping businesses scale lead generation and outreach. We're building a performance-driven growth engine and are looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can own paid acquisition end-to-end.
Core Responsibilities
Own Meta & Google Ads end-to-end (strategy, execution, scaling)
Manage CAC, ROAS, budgets, and daily optimisation
Build and run testing frameworks (creatives, audiences, landing pages)
Create full-funnel visibility: TOF ? MOF ? BOF
Diagnose performance breakdowns and fix bottlenecks
Guide creative direction for high-performing ads
Build weekly performance reports with insights & action items
Collaborate with ops, product, and content teams
Plan monthly growth roadmaps and budget allocation
Understand attribution, signals, and platform behaviour
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Solid understanding of e-commerce / SaaS funnels
Basic analytics & Excel/Google Sheets
Good creative sense for performance marketing
Clear communication & ownership mindset
Strong problem-solving ability with bias for action
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS or lead-gen
CRO and landing page optimisation experience
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, Looker
Experience scaling paid ads profitably
