Kymin Creation is a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Ahmedabad dedicated to delivering measurable results for our clients. We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven individual to join our team and focus entirely on maximizing the performance of our paid social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

As our Meta Ads Performance Marketer, your primary focus will be on driving conversions, sales, and leads through Meta's advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Campaign Execution:

Execute the

setup, launch, and daily management

of paid advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

Optimization:

Continuously monitor key metrics (

ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA

) and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and reach client goals.

Testing:

Design and execute fundamental A/B tests on ad creatives, ad copy, and audience segments to identify winning strategies.

Budget Management:

Ensure effective allocation and pacing of advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and ad sets.

Reporting:

Track, analyze, and generate clear, concise performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for the team.

Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to all of Meta's advertising policies and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience of

6 months to 1 year

actively managing and optimizing paid campaigns on

Meta Ads Manager

(Facebook/Instagram). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trends. Familiarity with digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and the Meta Pixel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must be prepared to work full-time on-site in Ahmedabad.
