Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1.5-2 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPA.
Handle budget allocation and campaign structure for best performance.
Implement and manage Pixel tracking and GA4 Analytics for accurate performance insights.
Monitor data, analyze reports, and make strategy adjustments accordingly.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Perform basic SEO activities like keyword research and landing page optimization to improve ad performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

1.5-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads).
Strong understanding of Pixel setup, GA4 Analytics, and campaign optimization.
Solid knowledge of conversion tracking and retargeting strategies.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
