About the Role:



We are seeking a data-driven and ROI-focused

Performance Marketing Executive

with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate has a strong command over paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads), understands

end-to-end tracking

(online + offline sales), and can seamlessly connect marketing campaigns with CRM platforms like HubSpot. Experience in SaaS domains will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads

. Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI, CPL, CPA, CAC and ROAS while ensuring lead quality. Implement and manage

conversion tracking, UTM tagging, HubSpot workflows, offline conversion imports, and CRM integration

. Collaborate with sales teams to track

offline sales processes

and ensure marketing campaigns contribute directly to revenue. Conduct

A/B testing

on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance. Analyze campaign performance, prepare

weekly/monthly reports

, and provide actionable insights. Work closely with creative and content teams to deliver engaging ad copies, visuals, and product-focused campaigns. Stay ahead of

digital trends, ad policies, and platform innovations

to apply best practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in

performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads)

. Proficiency in

tracking & analytics tools

(GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Looker Studio, etc.). Strong understanding of

offline sales attribution

and CRM-led performance measurement. Experience with

HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)

for lead capture, nurturing, and reporting. Analytical mindset with advanced

Excel skills

for campaign reporting. Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and deliver on performance KPIs.

Good to Have (Preferred):



Experience in

SaaS marketing campaigns

(MQL ? SQL ? customer funnel). Exposure to

Amazon Ads optimizations

(sponsored products, display ads, DSP, FBA). Knowledge of

CRO and offline sales process

Certifications in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, or HubSpot

.
