Job Description

Hiring: Performance Marketer (Team Lead Role)

We're looking for a

performance marketer

with at least

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing

who's ready to take the lead!

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with

Meta (Facebook)

and

Google Ads

Strong understanding of

lead generation

and

client coordination

Prior experience in

managing a team

or handling

task workflows

Must have worked with

D2C brands

and delivered

actual sales results

Only lead generation or traffic campaigns won't be enough -- we're looking for someone who understands

how to run result-driven, sales-focused ad campaigns

You'll be responsible for running and scaling campaigns, managing the team's execution, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
