Job Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of agency experience who can run high-impact campaigns across Google and Meta. Someone who understands how to manage budgets effectively, optimize ad performance, and enhance landing pages or Shopify stores for better results.

Responsibilities:

Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
Align campaign goals with business objectives
Track and report key metrics using tools like GA and Meta Ads
Run A/B tests to improve performance
Handle ad budgets for best returns
Reallocate spends based on performance insights
Set up and manage Shopify stores
Make basic site edits to improve landing pages
Apply on-page SEO best practices
Coordinate with content teams for better performance of creatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of agency experience in performance marketing
Comfortable with analytics tools and A/B testing
Strong grasp of paid media, CRO, and digital channels
Hands-on experience with Shopify and basic web edits
Good communicator and team player
Able to multitask and adapt quickly

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
