About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented

Performance Marketer

with a strong background in managing paid campaigns and driving ROI in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels, with a focus on optimizing budgets, increasing conversions, and scaling revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve defined KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, Conversions). Run campaigns for marketplace platforms like

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra

, etc. (if required). Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing pages that drive conversions. Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, creatives, and targeting strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools/strategies. Track, report, and present performance metrics to management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2 years of proven experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce industry.

Strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other ad platforms.

Experience with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.

Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
