LuxYou Jewels is looking for a Female Performance Marketer - Trainee who is passionate about digital advertising, eCommerce marketing, and luxury brands. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a degree and Digital Marketing certification and are eager to gain hands-on experience in paid advertising and performance-driven campaigns.
The trainee will work closely with the marketing team to execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, with clear growth opportunities based on performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Assist in planning, creating, and executing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Support campaign objectives including traffic, conversions, sales, and retargeting
Help with audience research, interest targeting, and custom & lookalike audiences
Monitor daily ad performance and budget utilization
Creative & Content Coordination
Coordinate with designers and content creators for ad creatives, reels, banners, and captions
Assist in A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, headlines, and CTAs
Ensure brand consistency aligned with LuxYou Jewels' luxury positioning
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement
Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Identify underperforming ads and suggest optimization ideas
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and website analytics.
Use insights from market research and performance data to recommend optimizations.
Implement data-backed changes to campaigns, landing pages, and social media strategies.
Website & eCommerce Support
Assist in managing ad traffic to Shopify product and landing pages
Support in basic setup and monitoring of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics
Help improve user journey from ad click to purchase
Research & Market Analysis
Analyze competitor ads, offers, and marketing strategies in the jewelry/fashion space
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Support campaign planning through research and insights
Learning & Growth
Learn end-to-end performance marketing strategies
Implement learnings into live campaigns
Maintain documentation of campaigns, strategies, and results
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Media, Communications, or related field
Certification in Digital Marketing from a recognized institute (mandatory)
Meta Ads / Google Ads / Performance Marketing certification preferred
Technical & Marketing Skills
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Basic knowledge of eCommerce and online sales funnels
Understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Willingness to work with creatives, ad copies, and campaign data
Soft Skills & Personal Traits
Female candidates preferred
Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, fashion, or jewelry brands
Good communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi is an added advantage)
Creative, detail-oriented, and data-curious mindset
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing

Available for full-time trainee role
Laptop and basic technical readiness preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
