Job Description

Position Overview:



The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital

marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand visibility, customer engagement,

and conversions. The role will support retail marketing initiatives including new store launches,

product promotions, and offer-driven campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:



1. Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across Google (Search, Display,

YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.

Ensure timely execution of marketing activities for new store launches (NSO), seasonal

promotions, and new product releases.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines and

deliverables are met.

2. ROI & Budget Management

Monitor daily spends and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROAS (Return

on Ad Spend).

Track key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates. Ensure adherence to approved budgets and prevent overspends.

3. Reporting & Analytics

Track and report campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager,

and other tools.

Generate weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and

areas of improvement.

Share actionable recommendations with the marketing manager for continuous

optimization.

4. Creative & Copy Coordination

Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and

copies aligned with campaign goals.

Ensure all marketing communications reflect brand consistency and maintain the

premium positioning of the brand.

5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Support website and landing page teams with insights to enhance user experience and

conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, messages, and CTAs to identify top-performing

variations.

6. Retargeting & Audience Management

Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and drive

conversions.

Assist in building custom and lookalike audiences for improved targeting effectiveness.

7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, ad partners, and other vendors for

campaign planning and execution.

Work closely with sales, retail operations, and product teams to align marketing

campaigns with business objectives.

Ensure smooth communication and timely updates to all stakeholders.

8. Compliance & Data Privacy

Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant

data protection and advertising guidelines.
