We are looking for an
experienced Performance Marketer
with 2
+ years of hands-on experience
in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, ROI-focused, and skilled in scaling campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives
Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CPC, CPA, conversions)
Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
Identify growth opportunities and scale winning campaigns
Analyze data and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience
in performance marketing / paid media
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Good understanding of funnels, conversions, and tracking
Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools
Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
Must have own laptop
Strong communication and time-management skills
