Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Create and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page strategies.
Monitor daily performance and make data-backed decisions to maximize ROAS, CTR, CVR, and lower CPA/CPL.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to drive results.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry best practices, and new ad technologies.
Requirements
2.5 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads.
Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution, and analytics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager dashboards.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and performance scaling strategies.
Google/Meta certifications preferred.
