Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for
CPL, CTR, ROI, and ROAS

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the
creative and content team
to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Implement
conversion tracking, A/B testing
, and ensure proper analytics setup.
Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital performance marketing.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
2.5 years of hands-on experience
in performance marketing.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)

Strong understanding of
CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel optimization

Experience with tools like
Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Hotjar (plus point)
