This is a high-impact performance marketing role at Bugclue, where you will be responsible for planning, executing and scaling paid media campaigns. The role is both strategic and execution-focused, and directly contributes to revenue growth and P&L.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, optimise and scale campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads. Manage large monthly budgets profitably with strict ROI focus. Set targets and monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA). Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to build high-converting campaigns. Use GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets and internal dashboards for reporting and insights. Run continuous A/B testing of audiences, creatives and ad formats to identify scalable winners. Ensure best practices in tracking, attribution and measurement (GTM & proper tagging setups). Present weekly/monthly performance results & growth recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

1-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ads. Strong preference for candidates with D2C / eCommerce background. Experience handling large Ad Spends (?70 Lakhs+ per month). Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Sheets, Looker Studio. Strong analytical thinking with deep knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, LTV. Ability to align campaign strategy with business goals, seasonal trends & product performance. Experience working with creative teams to test and evaluate ad creatives, copy and hooks. Data-driven mindset, ownership attitude and desire to drive real business outcomes.
