Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

. Plan and execute strategies for

lead generation, brand awareness, and enrollment campaigns

. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, CTR, and CPL. Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages. Use tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards

to track and report performance. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with the admissions and content teams to align campaigns with school goals. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply innovative strategies.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience

in performance or digital marketing (education or service sector preferred). Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools

. Proficiency in

SEO/SEM, remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion tracking

. Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling messaging for parents and families. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?12,143.89 - ?65,516.92 per month
