Performance Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Run & optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns
Build & manage lead generation funnels for agency and clients
Set up tracking & analytics (Pixel, UTM, GA4)
Optimize CPL, CPA & ROAS through A/B testing
Deliver data-driven reports & insights
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads Manager
Strong analytical & ROI-driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,025.86 - ₹30,093.14 per month
