Key Roles & Responsibilities



1. Strategy & Planning

Define campaign goals (awareness, leads, sales, app installs).
Create media plans, audience personas, and funnel strategy.
Allocate budget across platforms and campaigns.
2. Campaign Setup & Execution

Create and launch Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Create and launch Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram - Feed, Stories, Reels, etc.).
Set up proper campaign structures, ad sets, and creatives.
Implement conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.
3. Audience Targeting & Segmentation

Build and optimize custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
Use demographic, geographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting.
Leverage A/B testing to identify best-performing segments.
4. Ad Creative Optimization

Collaborate with design/content team to ensure creatives match platform specs and brand tone.
Test different ad formats, hooks, CTAs, and offers.
Monitor ad fatigue and refresh creatives regularly.
5. Tracking, Reporting & Analysis

Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
Track key KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
6. Funnel Optimization

Understand and improve the customer journey from ad to landing page to conversion.
Optimize landing pages (CRO-focused changes).
Coordinate with dev/tech teams for faster load time and better UI/UX.
7. Budget & Bidding Management

Optimize daily/monthly budgets for maximum ROI.
Adjust bidding strategies (manual, automated, target ROAS, Maximize Conversions).
8. Scaling & Growth

Scale winning campaigns efficiently without dropping ROAS.
Launch new campaigns based on seasonal trends, product launches, or insights.
Identify new growth opportunities across platforms.
9. Competitor & Trend Monitoring

Keep track of competitor ads, industry benchmarks, and platform updates.
Stay updated on latest ad formats, policy changes, and algorithm updates.
10. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with creative, content, sales, and tech teams.
Communicate campaign progress, insights, and action plans to stakeholders or clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
