We are a dynamic branding and marketing agency that has worked with 400+ D2C and eCommerce brands across diverse industries. We specialize in building performance-driven strategies that scale businesses through data-backed marketing. Join us to lead paid media campaigns and scale winning funnels.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven

performance marketing campaigns

across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms. Manage end-to-end

lead generation campaigns

for eCommerce brands, including prospecting, targeting, retargeting, and nurturing. Set up and monitor

sales funnels

, from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion and retention. Conduct

A/B testing

on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates. Analyze performance using key

metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC, CPM, CVR, LTV, etc.)

and continuously optimize for results. Collaborate with creative team to provide

briefs for ad creatives

(static, video, UGC, carousel, etc.). Implement and refine

retargeting strategies

across various customer journey stages. Regularly prepare

performance reports

and provide insights for campaign improvements. Use tools like

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Klaviyo, etc.

to monitor performance and user behavior. Stay up to date with latest platform changes, ad policies, and best practices.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in

eCommerce/D2C performance marketing

. Deep understanding of

funnels, user behavior, ad platforms, and media buying strategies

. Proficiency in

Meta, Google Ads

, and third-party performance tools. Strong analytical skills and

data-driven decision-making

ability. Experience in

lead generation and scaling ad campaigns

with measurable ROI. Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, and strategy teams. Solid grasp of

consumer psychology, creative testing

, and storytelling through ads.

Bonus Skills:



Experience in email marketing & automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.). Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO. Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or any eCommerce CMS. Google Ads and Meta certifications.
