Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
.
Manage end-to-end campaign strategy including
budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and optimization
.
Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with design/content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Implement and track conversions using
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and UTM tracking
.
Explore and test new growth opportunities across digital platforms.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in
performance/digital marketing campaigns
.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing attribution models
.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally with creative and sales teams.
Google Ads / Meta Ads certification (preferred).
