We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills (to assess data and derive insights).
Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
Understanding of conversion rate optimization and customer journey mapping.
Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Optimize ad creatives and messaging to attract the right audience
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and spending across different channels based on performance.
Analyze and interpret performance data (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition) to evaluate the success of campaigns.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure leads and conversions are tracked accurately.
Test new advertising platforms or strategies that could offer incremental gains.
Experiment with new channels, tactics, and tools to stay ahead of competitors and optimize marketing performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the performance marketing landscape.
