Performance Marketer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as running performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign data, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, and implement new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.
• Assist with ad creative development, A/B testing, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization efforts.
