Plan and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies
Daily monitoring and optimization for CPL, CPA, ROAS
Create audience segments & lookalike audiences
Build remarketing and retargeting funnels
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, copies, audiences & landing pages
Collaborate with design team for ad creatives
Improve landing page performance (heatmaps, CTAs, flow)
Tracking & Reporting:
Pixel setup (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tracking
Weekly and monthly performance reporting
Competitor analysis & trend monitoring
Requirements
1-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong command over multiple ad platforms
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns & maintain lead quality
Good communication skills and teamwork
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience in Real Estate, Education, E-commerce, or D2C
Knowledge of SEO & Content Strategy
Automation tools (Zapier, CRM integrations, lead routing)
Basic design skills for ad creatives
AI-based tools for optimization & copy
